An initial meeting already took place in October of the past year when IT equipment was distributed. Afterwards, the four new dual system students attended their first lectures at their universities. Last Friday, the practical part of the students’ dual study program started at FIS Informationssysteme und Consulting GmbH (FIS) in Grafenrheinfeld.
For the dual study program, FIS cooperates with the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University (“Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg”, in short: “DHBW”) and offers courses of study “Business Informatics” (DHBW location in Mosbach) and “Business Studies Service Management”, “Consulting and Sales”, major subject “IT Consulting” (DHBW location in Heilbronn). During their dual study program, the students will repeatedly change between theoretical phases at DHBW and practical phases at FIS.
Initially, the students will spend the next few days getting to know the enterprise and their colleagues as well as attending different training courses and instructions.
