At FIS, we believe that work should adapt to your life – not the other way around. For this reason, we offer our employees various measures to improve their work-life balance.
- Individual working time models
A 40-hour week is not a prerequisite for us. Your working hours can be individually tailored to your personal needs. - Mobile working
Thanks to the option of mobile working on up to three days a week, you are flexible in your choice of work location. This is the ideal way to combine family and career. - Flexible working hours
With us, you can arrange your working hours flexibly and work off overtime just as freely. The basis for this is an independent, fully comprehensive recording of working and travel times. - Childcare supported by the company
During the summer holidays, we support you and your family when it comes to childcare. For this purpose, FIS cooperates with “Sommerkinder” (summer children), Gesellschaft zur Förderung beruflicher und sozialer Integration (gfi) gGmbH (Society for the Promotion of Occupational and Social Integration) in Schweinfurt and will bear most of the costs incurred. - Care pilot
Our company care pilot is available to answer your questions about caring for family members. - Subsidy if your child is sick
If your child is sick and you use the child sick days of your statutory health insurance for the care, FIS will pay the difference from the child sick pay to the lost gross pay. For the care of privately insured children, FIS pays a subsidy of a comparable amount.
Progress index compatibility – success factor family We participate!
To promote a family-friendly corporate culture, FIS participates in the Progress Index Compatibility data collection. Among others, FIS performs well above average in the areas of “Proportion of employees with flexible, co-determinable working time regulations”, “Proportion of men with voluntary part-time work” or “Average duration of parental leave for mothers”. We also support other measures in our company that promote a family-friendly culture.
