Centric and FIS start Strategic Partnership: Digital HR solutions for SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors safely from a single source

January 2025 – FIS Informationssysteme und Consulting GmbH, an SAP partner with "Gold" status, and Centric IT Solutions GmbH, an SAP "Focus Partner", have already cooperated with each other in projects and at joint events. Now, they have formalized their cooperation with a partner agreement in order to optimize digital Personnel- and Payroll Processes in SAP.

As professionals for SAP HCM and SAP H4S4, both companies focus on expanding the SAP standard version by self-developed solutions in order to optimize HR-specific processes.  

Many companies are looking for HR-specific IT support, more automated processes and traceable changes as correct and protected HR data are the heart of every company. Here, the focus lies on the simplicity of use. They do not require complex tools that cannot be used quickly and efficiently. Software is to reduce the workload of HR areas, create efficiency and ensure data security. 

Centric and FIS offer HR digitization strategies and tools that can be used to map the users’ HR core functions, such as payroll accounting and time management, at different stages of the personnel processes in an efficient and audit-proof way and in compliance with data protection. The intelligent combination of the HR standard version with specialized enhancements of both partners can be used optimally on the market.

Centric offers various check tools from the area of audit & compliance, such as the MADAP O/M and PLK/PLX master data tool, a control system for payroll accounting.  On the one hand, FIS provides support with the FIS/hrd Schema and Rule Analyzer (SRA), which enables the audit-proof development of schemas, rules and Customizing in SAP HCM systems and ensures the traceability of changes.  On the other hand, the FIS/hrd CCC copy and comparison tool provides comprehensive functions for tests, copies, comparisons or migrations.
