Based on an extensive number of employee ratings on kununu and an employer survey evaluated by the Leipzig Graduate School of Management, FIS can now call itself “NEW WORK Employer 2021”.
This qualification is achieved by companies that promote the individual development of their employees, pay attention to transparency and appreciation among each other and are organized and lead in a participative and flexible manner. New Work describes a fundamental change in the working world and refers to many facets of work.
New Work influences when and where we will work in the future and changes the way people work together. The term also represents the new expectations of employees in terms of participation, autonomy and the performance of meaningful work. As a consequence, the demands on managers and management systems are changing due to New Work: away from hierarchies to a coaching, lateral and supportive understanding of management. This is what NEW WORK SE writes in its final report on the award.
It also states: “FIS Informationssysteme und Consulting GmbH shows itself to be quite advanced, especially in the areas of “Participative Leadership Culture” and in “Appreciation of Colleagues and Managers.”
Christian Lang, member of the management board, is happy about the award: “It is good to see that our active corporate culture is appreciated by our employees. With measures such as our “management consultation hour” with fixed and free time slots with the business managers for all employees, we want to meet our high standards with regard to the new working world.”
In addition, FIS is committed to mobile working and an optimal work-life balance, even beyond the Corona pandemic.
