FIS has once again fulfilled all criteria to achieve the “Focus Partner” status in the segment of “Retail & Consumer Products”.
“This recognition again confirms that we, as an SAP partner, completely fulfill the requirements of SAP and our customers,” says Dirk Schneider, managing director at FIS, who is pleased with this award.
Last year, FIS particularly focused on the continuous new development of efficient and customer-oriented solutions in the cloud. The following products, for instance, have been created on the basis of SAP Business Technology Platform: FIS/bxp Open Document Exchange for the digital data and document exchange in wholesale trade and ZUGFeRD for the implementation of international invoice standards. FIS/LastMile for the digital documentation of goods deliveries has also just started its way into the cloud.
Some of the FIS cloud products are also available as apps in the SAP store, such as FIS/TradeFlex, FIS/eLabel, FIS/bxp Open Document Exchange as well as FIS/Freestyle Picking. “The continued new and further development of our products on the basis of SAP BTP as well as the clear cloud strategy are now bearing fruit and show us that we from FIS work hand in hand with the SAP colleagues and, as a result, achieve excellent results,” as Stefan Hinterwälder, Head of Sales, describes the cooperation.
The way into the cloud is also the focus in the SAP S/4HANA area: S/4HANA Cloud has been successfully implemented in various projects together with the RISE and GROW with SAP programs.
FIS regularly proves its industry know-how and competence in SAP products through implementation projects of SAP solutions, such as the following customer experience products: SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP Sales Cloud, SAP Service Cloud and SAP Emarsys.
