In 2008, FIS acquired a majority stake in FIS-SST with 20 employees at that time. Currently, more than 100 consultants, software developers and project managers are employed at FIS-SST. Q_PERIOR has acquired 100% of the shares in FIS-SST with economic effect from January 1, 2022. With the sale, FIS strengthens its focus on the SAP core business. The companies did not provide any information on the sales price.
