On October 17, 2022, ten trainees started their six-month training period as SAP consultants at SAP expert FIS. The program optimally prepares the prospective consultants for the challenging tasks in the SAP world: by means of a theoretical training and a practice phase in the context of a training company, the participants will be provided with all essential tools for their future tasks. At the end of the program, all trainees will complete their training with an SAP certification worth more than 10,000 Euro and will obtain a permanent employment contract.
“In times of skilled labor shortages, which we strongly feel in our industry sector, we therefore particularly focus on qualified training of our future consultants. With our trainee program, we have created the perfect training for young professionals to clearly provide complex knowledge contents in a short time,” Michael Eibisch, human resources manager at FIS, comments.
