FIS/edc is a modularly structured application fully integrated in SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA with its NextGeneration version, which is used for the automated processing of any kind of documents (invoices, purchase order confirmations, payment advices etc.). The complementary FIS/fci document reading software enables the processing of any input media (e.g. fax, letter, e-mail, PDF etc.). As a result, the time expenditure for document processing can be considerably reduced.
The latest SAP certificates attest that FIS/edc has been successfully integrated into SAP NetWeaver 7.50 via SAP integration scenario “ABAP Add-on Deployment for Enterprise Resource Planning” and that FIS/edc NextGeneration has been integrated into SAP S/4HANA 1709 via the SAP integration scenario “ABAP Add-on Deployment for SAP S/4HANA”. With these certificates, FIS, a one-stop provider, again confirms the adherence to all SAP product standards for its solutions.
Only recently has the FIS/xee Business and Process Integration 2018 solution been successfully certified by SAP SE for SAP S/4HANA On-Premise 1709. With the certification of its FIS/edc NextGeneration solution, FIS Informationssysteme und Consulting GmbH continues with determination on its way to the SAP S/4HANA future technology.
