On October 16, 2023, eleven committed trainees started their six-month training period as SAP consultants at FIS under the supervision of qualified SAP experts. This program was developed to optimally prepare the prospective consultants for the challenging tasks in the SAP world. The combination of a well-founded theoretical training and a practical training phase in the form of a training firm provides the participants with all tools required for their future jobs. Moreover, all trainees will complete their training with an SAP certification worth more than 10,000 Euro and obtain a permanent employment contract.
“Given the current skills shortage, which is particularly noticeable in our industry, we attach special importance to the qualified training of our future consultants. With our specially developed trainee program, we offer a perfect educational base for young professionals that makes complex contents easy to understand in a short time,” Michael Eibisch, HR manager at FIS, commented.
