At FIS Informationssysteme und Consulting GmbH (FIS), five new trainees started their vocational training as IT specialists for application development (m/f/d) in the past week.
During the first days, getting to know the team of instructors, different training courses and instructions as well as the “FIS Quiz” were part of the program. Here, the new trainees had to answer different questions to do with FIS. They got the right answers from their colleagues on the FIS Campus.
During their vocational training, the trainees rotate through all FIS departments and especially get to know the various development areas. In addition to technical training courses, the training concept also includes soft skills training courses, such as the moderation and presentation workshop. At the end of their first vocational training year, the trainees will jointly implement a project, where they can put the knowledge they have gained into practice. With this training concept, nothing can stop them from a successful career start.
