FIS again passes the SAP certification as a Partner Center of Expertise via Compact Audit, which was already extended in October 2021 until April 2024. With this certification, SAP recognizes the exceptional and continuous quality of the support services provided by FIS, a long-time SAP partner with “Gold” status.
In October 2021, the early recertification of FIS was announced again. The certificate confirms the excellent work in SAP software maintenance as well as the compliance with the current SAP standards in the Customer Expert Service team of FIS.
Numerous internal projects laid the foundation for the early certification of FIS. This includes the implementation of a support process based on the ITIL quality standard with evaluations in SAP Analytics Cloud. The consistent implementation of the high SAP requirements for the critical quality indicators, such as know-how, processes and infrastructure, were also significantly responsible for the successful Compact Audit certification.
FIS has been a certified Partner Center of Expertise since 2011 already. The PCoE Compact Audit was applied to selected SAP partners for the first time in 2019 and will be regularly integrated into the SAP PCoE audit process as of 2022. As part of the recertification process, SAP proactively reviews the Quality Measurement Reporting (QMR) results. This data-driven audit process enables the direct recertification of partners if they meet the QMR key figures. The PCoE standard audit, which was planned for FIS in March 2022, is therefore no longer necessary due to the automatic extension of the PCoE certification.
The new certificate is valid until April 30, 2024. As QMR is performed and measured on a regular basis, it continues to be essential that the FIS team consistently and reliably implements the high SAP requirements in software maintenance.
