The organizers of FIS Informationssysteme und Consulting GmbH and FIS-ASP Application Service Providing und IT-Outsourcing GmbH had put together a diverse program for the vocational training day. In various themed rooms, visitors learned more about the educational offerings of the FIS Group. There was, for instance, an in-house trade show, a room focusing on past trainee projects where visitors could play smart table soccer or SAP-based Tetris, or a room for job application tips. In addition, informative lectures on the dual study program and vocational training as well as guided tours of the new FIS Academy took place.
In a pleasant atmosphere, visitors were able to get in touch with current trainees and students and discuss questions about training and study opportunities at the FIS Group.
Another highlight was the visit of Bavaria’s State Minister of Digital Affairs, Judith Gerlach, who gave the opening speech and symbolically opened the FIS Academy together with the management board.
For the entire team of the FIS Group, the vocational training day was a complete success. The high level of response from the visitors highlighted the enormous interest in the training opportunities and future prospects that the company has to offer. A big thank you therefore goes to all participants who made the day a special event.
With the successful kick-off event, the FIS Group is sending a clear signal of its commitment to vocational training and promoting education for young talents. Investing in the future of young people is central to the FIS Group, and the newly opened FIS Academy is living proof of this.
