Herth+Buss is a medium-sized trading company in the automotive industry, which has been operating on globalized markets for more than 90 years. The wholesaler is a specialist in vehicle electrics and spare parts for Asian vehicles in the international free spare parts trade (independent aftermarket). Its headquarters is located in Heusenstamm and employs more than 240 employees; further branch offices can be found in Belgium, France, Spain and England.
More transparency in SD SAP Sales Cloud
When CRM was implemented, it was particularly important to Herth+Buss to create transparent SD processes. Here, focus was to be placed on the customers, for whom the option was to be created to be viewed and consulted by inside sales employees as well as by field sales representatives. By means of SAP Sales Cloud, HERTH+BUSS succeeded in improving communication between inside sales employees and field sales representatives and, at the same time, achieving more customer satisfaction and optimal customer experience.
